| stephens group,we stayed here for my nieces 21st birthday beginning of august booked 4 rooms for 3 nights....what a lovely clean place to stay very friendly atmosphere, breakfast is made to order plenty of choice and fresh, 2 of our rooms had sea view no extra charge tram stops across the road. we wanted somewhere not too close to all the noise but with easy access...ideal place would definately recommend this place and would stay here again |

| Brian and Colleen, Barnsley...My partner & I had a very relaxing couple of nights at the Rutland Hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed provided. The breakfasts were lovely & filling in the well presented dining room and the hosts very polite & friendly both at breakfast and last thing at night in the comfortable bar lounge. To say it's nearly the end of the season, the hotel was fresh and clean. We would recommend the Rutland Hotel and would certainly stay again. |

| Jayne...Absolutly fabulous hotel,very clean and friendly proprietors.good sized family rooms with en-suite and digital tv with dvd players.within walking distance of tower bus and tram stops right on doorstep,set in a queit area no rowdy yobs or drunks waking you up.good food and a nice bar with sea view. |

| Gareth from Abergavenny , United Kingdom...The hotel turned out to be located in a very good position for all shopping and entertainment facilities and also proved to be a quiet area, we had a fabulous time and the hotel proprietors were very friendly and very helpful regarding advise where to go and they also ordered us taxis when required , overall an excellent experience. |

The food was delicious, hot and tasty; the service was very good and super quick. The cleanliness was second to none, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for a weekend - maybe not for longer. Location: 3 miles from Pleasure Beach; under a mile to Blackpool Tower; quiet location away from the nasty drunkeness that is now the Hen and Stag nights of Blackpool. The owners were very welcoming, the full English breakfasts (cooked by the hubby!) were fabulous, the room was a reasonable size and the water was always hot for showers and baths, the sea view was great too." |
